Rebekah is a certified Usui Reiki Master, qi gong enthusiast, martial artist and creative based in Tamaki Makaurau

 

With a calling to be in service to those around her, Rebekah has dove head first into numerous passions; theatre making, art, working as an Audio Describer for the Blind and Low Vision community, vocal coaching, personal training and teaching karate.

After working on finding her purpose and re-falling in love with her body; Rebekah began the journey of healing herself with meditation, energy work and somatic practices. This led to her desire to share her gifts that she discovered.

 

She studied the Japanese healing art of reiki and is deepening her knowledge of vibrational and plant medicine by plunging into the Elemental Alchemy qi gong teacher training.

 

She believes that everyone has the power within them to heal themselves, to come home to their bodies and the earth, and to create a strength that stretches across body, mind and spirit. She hopes to hold space for you to do that.
